Mix L'Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside Lightening Powder 500g only with the recommended Blond Studio Oil Developers 20 vol. or 30 vol. Use only the indicated proportions: Mixing ratios: 1:1 (open air and balayage) / 1:1,5 (enclosed) / 1:2 to 1:3 (on scalp). Apply to the hair adjusting the technique to the desired results and access developing time accordingly, up to 50 minutes. After development time, rinse hair well and carefully with lukewarm water.
