Garnier Olia Hi-Shine Toner Semi-Permanent Hair Dye Platinum Blonde is a no-ammonia, no-silicone hair toner that neutralizes unwanted orange or brassy tones in highlighted or lightened hair, delivering a radiant, high-shine blonde result. It is used after or between blonde treatments (highlights, bleaching, lightening) to eliminate unwanted orange and yellow tones while repairing the structure of the hair fiber. Its cool pigments instantly cancel out orange and yellow tones, leaving the color looking balanced and luminous. The formula also includes a combination of floral oils and a bonding complex that works to restore the weakened internal structure of the hair fiber, smooth, and improve the overall appearance of the hair, adding a healthy-looking finish. The result is hair that looks brighter, more even in tone, and stronger in texture.

• In the first coloration in long or dense hair, it is recommended to use 2 packs.
• For optimal results, this process should be performed on hair in good condition.
• After a perm or a straightening treatment, it is advisable to wait for 2 to 3 weeks before coloring the hair and perform a strand test before coloring the hair.
• Before applying, remove all jewelry from your hands and do not use any metallic object in or around your hair.
• To avoid staining, apply moisturizing cream to the face contour, near the hairline, and on the ears.

Preparation:

Carry out an allergy test on the skin, 48 hours before each use, even if you have colored your hair before. To do so, use a cotton swab to apply a small amount of coloring cream behind your ear. Do not touch, cover, or wash the area. If any sort of reaction occurs, do not use this hair dye.

• Place a towel (preferably in a dark color) around your shoulders and close it with a non-metallic clip. Put on the gloves and keep them on for the whole application.
• Section your hair horizontally at the temple level and clip it to the top of your head. For thicker hair, section into three parts (bottom, middle, top).
• Put the entire content of the toning lotion (2) into the developer bottle (1).
• Close the lid of the developer bottle and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
• Twist off the tip of the applicator immediately after mixing to avoid the bottle bursting from product overflow.

Application:
(on dry hair. No need to dry your hair if you want to apply the toner right after bleaching; just rinse and wring it out.)

• Start applying at the prepared section of your hair. Massage the product gently from the roots to the ends of this section.
• Remove the clip and repeat on the top section until the hair is fully covered.
• Once applied, leave to develop for 10 minutes.
• Keep your gloves on and rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
• Remove the gloves and apply the bonding conditioner (3). Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse.
• Dry and style your hair as you like.
