Avène XeraCalm A.D Replenishing Cleansing Oil 1L is a lipid-replenishing hygiene product that cleanses and protects very dry skin, including skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. It is suitable for the face, body, and scalp. With a soap-free base and physiological pH (5.5), this cleansing oil ensures gentle cleansing while maintaining the skin's integrity. The formula features I-modulia®, a patented postbiotic active derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water. This ingredient plays a role in reducing itching linked to dryness while also strengthening the skin's defense systems and helping to reduce irritation. Then, to support barrier repair and nourishment, the product contains Cer-omega, a complex of skin-identical lipids that help restore the skin’s hydrolipidic film and enhance comfort. Furthermore, the formula is enriched with Avène Thermal Spring Water, known for its calming and anti-irritant properties. This contributes to the overall soothing effect.

Designed with tolerability in mind, this oil does not sting the eyes and can be used on even the most fragile skin. In fact, it is suitable for newborns, children, and adults, as well as during and after oncological treatments.
