We ship worldwide from Portugal.
If you are unable to place an order using your shipping address at checkout please send us a message so we can assist you as quickly as we can.

1. Shipping Cost

The shipping cost depend on the products type, on the weight of the order, country of destination and method of delivery chosen.

At checkout, when you fill the delivery address and select the delivery method pretended, the shipping cost will appear immediately.

We have Free Shipping for all countries. Here is some of them:

- USA: Free Shipping for orders > $120
- Portugal: Free Shipping for orders > €39,99
- Brazil: Free Shipping for orders > R$645
- Saudi Arabia: Free Shipping for orders > ر.س508

2. Delivery Time

All orders placed are processed by our logistics team within 3 business days, if all the products in the order are available. This deadline can be changed if there is no momentary availability of one or more products of the order.

The shipping time depends on the country of destination and method of delivery chosen.

An example of a standard shipping:

- to Portugal & Spain: 1 business day;
- to Europe: 2 business days;
- to Rest of the World: 4 business days.

Please note that the stated period does not include the necessary customs clearance time when your order arrives in the country of destination (in the case of countries outside the European Union). Local customs have their own rules and procedures and unfortunately we have no power over them.

Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

In case of choosing CTT Postal Shipping:
If your order is not delivered within the specified delivery timeframe, you may need to verify whether it is awaiting collection at your nearby post office. In such instances, postal workers are supposed to leave a notification in your mailbox, but, based on our past experiences, this notification is often not provided. Consequently, you will need to visit your local post office to personally retrieve the package. The specific deadline for pickup varies depending on the destination country. To collect your order, you will be required to present the notification left at the delivery address and/or the parcel/tracking number, along with a valid form of identification. If the order is not collected within the designated pickup timeframe, it will ultimately be returned to Cosmetyque.

Orders can be delivered in any address you may choose. However, Cosmetyque will not be able to provide any recompensation for any goods which are damaged or lost following acceptance of the delivery by any locations on your behalf.

Carriers do not allow us to schedule a specific time for delivery of your order, so it is important to mention the correct delivery address open to reception during working hours, for example, your workplace.

3. Secure Shipping

We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers. We understand that when it comes to online shopping, ensuring the security of your order is of utmost importance. That's why we have implemented a reliable and secure shipping process, accompanied by a convenient tracking system to keep you informed about the whereabouts of your package.

When you place an order with us, you can rest assured that we take every precaution to ensure its safe delivery to your doorstep. Once your package is ready for dispatch, we will promptly send you an email containing your unique tracking number. This number allows you to access real-time updates on the location and status of your order.

With our tracking system, you can effortlessly monitor the journey of your package. Simply visit the carrier company “track & trace” webpage and enter your tracking number (the number we provided on the shipping confirmation email).

4. Transport Restrictions

In our catalog there are products with flammable substances, such as perfumes or aerosols, which are subject to transport special conditions and that have some restrictions. It's only possible to ship perfumes or aerosols to some countries which can be transported by land.

5. Custom Taxes

Orders outside the European Union are exempt from taxes. However, may suffer some taxation of goods at the custom. These import taxes are charged by the local government, and the payment is the responsibility of the customer.

If shipped to non-European Union countries, or a European non-EU member country, or territories with exception taxes context (for example the Canary Islands), orders can be randomly selected by customs and/or health authorities for inspection.

The value of import taxes, as well as customs clearance procedures, are specific to each country. For example, for the USA all orders below $800 WILL NOT PAY import taxes.

If your order is taxed, you will receive a notification from the carrier to verify the amounts to be paid.
