How TO USE
This product is designed for professional use only and should not be applied at home. Mix Redken Color Gels Oils Permanent Hair Dye 0.00 Clear with Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio (for example, 60 ml of dye with 60 ml of developer). Apply to the hair using the appropriate technique for your desired outcome. Allow to process for 20 to 45 minutes depending on the desired results, then rinse the hair thoroughly.
