This is a tubing mascara, which means that instead of simply coating your lashes with pigment, this mascara will wrap each lash in tube-like polymers. Therefore, it will not smudge or budge and lasts through rain, sweat, and humidity. Despite being cold water-resistant, this mascara is very easy to remove with warm water.
