We ship worldwide from Portugal. If you are unable to place an order using your shipping address at checkout, please contact us at info@cosmetyque.com or call +351 937 538 628 so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depends on the product type, the weight of the order, the country of destination and the delivery method chosen.
At checkout, once you enter the delivery address and select your preferred delivery method, the shipping cost will appear immediately.
Free shipping thresholds vary by country and are displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed by our logistics team within 3 business days, provided all items in the order are in stock. If one or more products are momentarily out of stock, processing may take longer and you will be notified.
3. Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping (counted from the moment of dispatch — use as a guide only):
- Portugal & Spain: 1 business day
- Europe: 6 to 8 business days
- Rest of the World: 8 to 22 business days
Please note that the stated period does not include customs clearance time when your order arrives in the destination country (applicable to countries outside the European Union). Local customs authorities have their own rules and procedures, and unfortunately we have no control over them.
Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments, which may lead to additional delays.
CTT Postal Shipping: If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please check whether it is awaiting collection at your local post office. Postal workers should leave a notification in your mailbox, but based on our experience, this notification is not always provided. In that case, you may need to visit your local post office to collect the package in person. To collect your order, you will be required to present the notification and/or the parcel tracking number, along with a valid form of identification. If the order is not collected within the designated timeframe, it will be returned to Cosmetyque.
Orders can be delivered to any address you choose. However, Cosmetyque cannot provide compensation for goods that are damaged or lost after acceptance of the delivery by a third party on your behalf.
Carriers do not allow us to schedule a specific delivery time, so please ensure the delivery address is accessible during working hours (for example, your workplace).
4. Secure Shipping & Tracking
We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Every order is shipped through a reliable and secure process, accompanied by a tracking system to keep you informed about your package.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your unique tracking number. This number gives you access to real-time updates on the location and status of your order.
To track your package, simply visit the carrier's "Track & Trace" page and enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Transport Restrictions
Our catalog includes products containing flammable substances (such as perfumes or aerosols), which are subject to special transport conditions. These items can only be shipped to countries reachable by land transport.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched exempt from taxes. However, they may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are levied by the local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to non-EU countries, European non-EU member countries, or territories with special tax status (e.g., the Canary Islands) may be randomly selected by customs and/or health authorities for inspection.
Import tax amounts and customs clearance procedures vary by country.
If your order is subject to customs duties, you will receive a notification from the carrier with the amounts to be paid.
