La Roche-Posay Effaclar K(+) es un cuidado renovador para pieles grasas con imperfecciones. Su textura ultra fresca y ultra ligera hidrata sin dejar residuos grasos en la piel y la acción exfoliante de LHA renueva la superficie de la piel para una textura más suave y para evitar la obstrucción de los poros. La patente Airlicium ayuda a controlar la producción de sebo hasta por 8 horas. En 1 mes la piel se transforma: la piel se vuelve más suave, los poros se desobstruyen y la piel está menos brillante debido a la sobreproducción de sebo.
