Shiseido LipLiner InkDuo Prime + Line is a two-in-one tool that primes and shades the lips in order to ensure long-lasting color. Perfect on its own, or as a complement to your favorite lipstick, this product consists of a double-ended pen; on one end, a smoothing primer prepares the lips for color, while, on the other, a pencil liner helps you define your lip shape.

The balm-like primer, which is sheer for added versatility, helps lock in moisture in order to keep the lips soft and smooth throughout the day. It also functions as a smoothing, beautifying tool, as it minimizes the appearance of fine lines. Once you've applied the primer, move on to the liner. This pencil may be used to define and enhance your lips, or to fill them in fully, with bold, vibrant color and a weightless matte finish.
